Aleutian Low Chris is the strongest storm of the 2011 Aleutian Low Season.

Meteorological HistoryEdit

Chris formed out of an International Convergence Zone cloud. This cloud gradually moved northwards, having to pass 28C/82F waters. It entered the Alaska basin on September 17, not forming until the next day.


On September 29, 2011, KWS announced that the name 'Chris' would be retired. Its replacement name is Cesar.
